A marvelous and monumental change has been gradually taking place with our yoga family. Due to the guidance and inspiration of our teacher, Bapuji, we have come to understand that Yoga is a huge science and provides us with practices and principles that make for an extraordinary life.

Our doors are OPEN for beginner yoga classes !!
When we see each other again, we will all have been through many experiences and changes. Maheshwar has joined in the Great Resignation. Not resigning from being a teacher of Yoga. Just moving on from teaching the asana/exercise classes. Michael and a few other teachers from our yoga family, will take on this effort.
So dust off those yoga mats and join us. We will continue to teach the same energizing / healing yoga we have for 25 years!
